Are CWC watches genuine military issue?
Yes, CWC (Cabot Watch Company) has been a contractor to H.M. Forces for over 50 years. Many of our models are built to full Ministry of Defence specifications and feature authentic NSN (NATO Stock Numbers).
What is the warranty period for a new CWC watch?
All new CWC watches come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please retain your warranty card and proof of purchase for any service claims.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide using secure, tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for local customs duties.
How should I maintain the water resistance of my watch?
To maintain water resistance, ensure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before contact with water. We recommend an annual pressure test and checking seals every 2-3 years, especially if used for diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, packaging, and documentation intact.
Can I replace the strap on my CWC watch?
Many of our classic military models feature fixed lug bars for maximum security, which require pull-through NATO-style straps. Our non-military spec models with spring bars can accommodate a variety of leather or metal bands.
